The Mouse Myeloid Precursor backbone panel is a five-color combination of seven anti-mouse antibodies. This panel can serve as a backbone to identify various myeloid precursor populations, and leaves room for GFP or additional drop-in markers, if desired. The CD3e, CD19 and CD45R/B220 positive cells are gated together to exclude mature T and B cells. Violet laser (405 nm) required for detection of CD11b violetFluor™ 450.
